Processing Your Order
Once we receive your order, we take care of it right away so you can get your jewelry as soon as possible! All orders received by us are processed within one to two business days, and then dispatched to you immediately, according to your preferred method of shipping.

Shipping your Order
Before your order is dispatched, we need your credit card transaction to be approved. Our Customer Service department may contact you for additional information, should it be required.

Items such as rings and other customized orders may need slightly more processing time due to sizing and other personalization requirements. It is important for us that we get your order perfect.

For your security, high value orders will require a signature upon delivery. If you will not be available to sign for your package, please be sure that authorize an adult to sign for your order and that they will be available at the designated shipping address.For security reasons, we only ship to street addresses.

The day your order has been shipped you will receive an email notification containing confirmation of shipment and a tracking number.
In the event that your order cannot be shipped within the relevant time frame, we will contact you within 2 business days to let you know why your shipment has been delayed.

Exceptions
Personalized Jewelry orders will be shipped out within 7-10 business days from the date the order has been submitted due to the customization work involved. Quality takes time.

Tracking Your Order
We send out an email notification the day your order is dispatched with a confirmation of shipment plus a tracking number so that you are able to track your order right up until the moment it reaches its destination. Please bear in mind that depending on your inbox's security settings, our confirmation e-mail may be detected as SPAM. Check your 'SPAM' or 'Junk' mail inbox to be sure our emails are not landing in these folders. Should you find one of these emails in your spam folder remember to add our email address to your Email Address Book to ensure that our emails make it into your inbox. You can also track your order by logging into your account.

Order Cancellation
Change your mind? If you want to cancel or change any part of your order for any reason, please contact us with your order number as soon as possible.
We do promise to make every effort to make the required changes to your order, but bear in mind that our system is designed in such a way to get orders shipped and on their way to our customers as quickly as possible. If your order is already be in the shipping process we won't be able to change or cancel your order. So, if your order can't be cancelled, and you still don't love it after once it has arrived – just return it to us according to our 30-day money back return policy. Check the back of your invoice for full return policy details.

Note: We reserve the right to cancel any order that appears suspicious or fraudulent. All fraudulent transactions will be reported to the regulatory authorities.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We're so confident that you'll love your purchase; however, you may return your items for any reason whatsoever within 45 days from the date of delivery and we'll gladly arrange an exchange, store credit, or a full refund. Contact our Customer Care Team with your query before initiating a return.
 What you can return.

We only accept returns on items that have not been used including the original packaging and materials, plus gift boxes and/or certificates of authenticity.
Any item that has been in the customer's possession for less than 45 days from the date of delivery.

What you cannot return
Unfortunately, there are certain items we cannot accept for return.
These include:

  • Items which are no longer in new condition, that have been used and show signs of wear and tear.
  • Items which no longer have their original packaging, including gift boxes and certificates of authenticity.
  • Items which have been customized or changed to meet customer requirements, for example resizing or engraving.
  • Items which have been in the customer's possession for more than 45 days from the delivery date.

What you need to know

  • It is important that you inspect your items as soon as you receive your order to ensure that there are no shipping errors or obvious manufacturing defects. Defective merchandise must be reported within ten business days of receipt.
  • In order to return an item, customers must contact our Customer Care Team to receive an Authorization Number. Returns without the necessary authorization number may be delayed or returned to the customer without a refund.
  • If the item is being returned because of a manufacturer's defect or if we shipped the wrong item, we will pay for all return shipping fees.
  • If the item is being returned for any other reason, the shipping fees will be the customer's responsibility. These include fees to return the item to us as well as fees for shipping a replacement item to the customer.
  • We suggest that all customers return their items via a recognized carrier that provides a tracking number. We will not be responsible for return shipments which are lost in transit.
  • We will endeavor to inspect all returned items within 5-7 business days of receipt. Any item that is received in a used condition or which does not include all of its original packaging, including gift boxes and certificates of authenticity, will be returned to the customer at their expense and no refund will be issued.
  • After the product's condition has been verified, we will issue a refund, store credit or initiate an exchange. Most refunds are processed within 7-10 business days of approval.
  • Refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment.
  • Unless the item is returned due to a manufacturing defect or because we shipped the incorrect item, the original shipping fees associated with your order will not be refunded.

Bridal and Engagement Ring Returns
Bridal and engagement rings must be returned with the original certificate. If the certificate is not returned with the bridal or engagement ring, your refund or sore credit will be discounted by the amount of the cost to replace the certificate.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact our Customer Care Team to get return shipping instructions and an Authorization number.
  2. Complete the Return Form that needs to be included with your return shipment.
  3. Using the original packaging materials or your own, prepare the item(s) for return along with their original packaging, gift boxes, and/or certificates of authenticity.
  4. Make sure that you include a copy of your Return Form inside the package and write your authorization number on the outside of the package.
  5. If a prepaid label was provided by us for your return, deliver your package to the UPS or FedEx facility nearest you. Otherwise, select a carrier and ship the package to our delivery address using the address provided by our Customer Care Team. Please be sure to use a carrier provides a tracking number with each shipment.

REFUND POLICY
In the unlikely event that you didn't love your purchase and would like a refund, you have 45 days for jewelry and 15 days for watches to call us to make arrangements for an exchange or refund, including return shipping charges.
